GTBank Launches Habari App For Shopping, Chatting, Music & More

Guaranty Trust Bank, has launched Habari app, a new online platform for music, chatting shopping, lifestyle content and more. Announcing this on Friday, November 23, 2018 at a special event in Lagos, the platform offers users direct access to the largest catalogue of local and foreign music online. The service also offers connect ways to connect with friends, as well as shop online and many more.

The service, which is the first mobile platform in Nigeria created by a financial institution, is designed to focus on the everyday lives of customers. Habari app, which is a mobile application is open and free for all to download. The app works without requiring your banking details plus its open to both GTbank and Non GTbank users.

Speaking at the launch of Habari, the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Guaranty Trust Bank, Mr Segun Agbaje, said;

By reimagining the role of banking and driving innovation in how we serve customers, we have built a platform that is less about us as bank and more about our customers and everything they need to enable their lifestyle.

With Habari, users can buy goods and services directly from over 10,000 small businesses. You can also pay your bills, subscriptions and other services as well as transfer and receive funds.
